WHAT IS WARRIORS REGIME?

TRAINING METHODS USED SINCE ANCIENT TIMES

Since ancient times, people have been practicing routines for better their performance in battle, and used battle to better their physical abilities.
Ancient Greeks are one of the main civilizations we know of to have focused their training on physical aesthetics as well. We have sculptures of their godlike physiques  and stories of their legendary feats of strength. a curious fact is that they did not used modern day methods nor gear or equipment that was well balanced like barbells or power racks to assist them with heavy leg workouts.
What they did used was the use of their partners for carrying, lifting, dragging,
weighted hikes and runs, use of small "Halteres" that were between 3 and 9 kg for ballistic or swinging movements as well as climbing ropes, medicine balls, heavy weapons and lifting heavy bags and rocks.

Modern day equipment exist that mimics the ancient warriors approach
we have strongman heavy sandbags that can go up to 400lbs (180 kg)

atlas stones, medicine balls, battle ropes, rope climbing gear, medicine balls with grips (mimics the halteres used by Greeks) .
I am on a quest to train the way they did, reason number one is that their training was always alongside health and functionality as well as physical beauty.
CALISTHENCIS comes from the Greek words kallos 'beauty' + sthenos 'strength'
Reason number two is that is way more fun to use unconventional equipment like the mace bell and atlas stone.
Reason number three is that my belief when it comes to fitness training is that it is "Training" not workout, I am moving with an intention, a purpose, to become better tuned with my body, acquire new skills and refine my abilities while achieving an aesthetic look that I like.
